I'm Lizzie Dobbels, a creative operations leader, systems thinker, and builder who has spent a career creating the conditions for great work to happen. I started in entertainment production, picking up a Pixar credit early on, before moving into live events and theater where I developed a deep appreciation for what large-scale production actually demands. That foundation carried me into brand and creative production and operations, where I co-founded an in-house studio, built a global creative engine, and led content delivery across 24 countries. At the core of it, this work is about people, making sure the creatives around me have what they need to do something they're proud of. The systems exist to serve them, not the other way around. But building systems is only half the job, the other half is never being satisfied with them.
