I'm Lizzie Dobbels, a marketing operations leader, systems thinker, and builder who has spent a career creating the conditions for great work to happen. I started in entertainment production, picking up a Pixar credit early on, before moving into live events and theater where I developed a deep appreciation for what large-scale production actually demands. That foundation carried me into marketing operations and creative production where I co-founded an in-house studio, built a global content engine, and led campaign delivery across 24 countries. At the core of it, this work is about people, connecting the dots and making sure those around me have what they need to do something they're proud of. The systems exist to serve them, not the other way around. But building systems is only half the job, the other half is never being satisfied with them.
